Furthermore, I agree to update any information required by the Bay Area Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club, Inc., upon request. Membership renewal for 2025 for current Regular Individual members. (As of November 2022, we are not offering a Family Membership.)

Please note: If you are not as active in the club as you used to be, you can change to an Associate Membership without reapplying to the club. Exit this item and choose ASSOCIATE--Individual from the main menu to renew. However, If you are an Associate and want to become a Regular Member, you must apply for Regular Membership.
